Meditation: The Inner Awakening

A free in-depth meditation workshop: 5 progressive sessions over 3 days.  Suitable for beginner and experienced meditators.

Friday, March 17, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 18, 12:00-1:30 p.m., 2:30-4:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 19, 12:00-1:30 p.m., 2:30-4:00 p.m.

As the workshop is progressive, we recommend that you attend all 5 sessions

Using a variety of simple, powerful meditation techniques, as well as music and mantra, you will learn how to quiet your mind and enter into a deeper part of your being. It is in this quiet inner space that the infinite potential of the human spirit is experienced.

During the 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. break on both Saturday and Sunday, there will be a home-cooked vegetarian meal served ($9).  The meal is optional.
